Spirit Marketing was formed in 2005 when Spirit IT Consulting took over European Sales and Marketing Advisers.
European Sales and Marketing Advisers was formed in 1994 and worked
with many of the leading airlines in the world. Their main contracts
included making city maps for these companies, which they then gave
away to their passengers free of charge. This was a very useful aid
for the passengers, as many people need details and a map of the town
or city they were flying to. European Sales and Marketing Advisers
worked with most of the major airlines including, British Airways,
Lufthansa, Austrian air, KLM, VLM, S.A.S., P&O, Maersk Air, Lauda
Air, Virgin and many more.
In 1998 European Sales and Marketing Advisers then started working
together with the airlines to produce online destination guides. This
was met with a great a claim because people could then view more information
than was previously possible with the maps plus the information could
then be changed at the touch of a button, also at this time with the
ever growing trend to book online it was made possible to be viewed
by many more people.
In 2003 European Sales and Marketing Advisers then also linked up
with Spirit IT Consulting Limited, and increased its portfolio even
further when they started to work with FHM, one of the most popular
"Lad Mags" in the world. They produced together the Guide
to Britain that to this day still has over one million page impressions
per month.
In April 2005 Spirit Marketing was asked to produce
the Extreme Sports Channel Destination Guide, this was to be a pan-European
guide for the extreme sports enthusiast which would have the best
places to stay in the best places to play, this has been received
extremely well by business owners as this market is the highest spending
in today's society.
It is assessed that by 2007 Spirit Marketing Limited will be one
of the biggest marketing and revenue making companies for airlines,
newspapers and magazines in the world.
